Purchase and Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all our visitors and to preserve the unique environment of our winery, we kindly ask you to read our terms of service and cancellation policy carefully:

 

Cancellation and modification policy

  • Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the activity. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method as the reservation.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, no refunds will be issued, and changes or modifications to the booking will not be allowed.
  • Changes to the date or time of the visit can be requested up to 48 hours before the activity and are subject to availability.
  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-modifiable after the stated deadlines, except in cases of force majeure, duly justified and accepted by the winery.

 

Delays

  • Punctuality is essential. A delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice or justified cause will be considered a no-show and will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation, with no right to a refund.

 

Code of conduct

  • Out of respect for other visitors and the winery environment, attending the visit in costume or conducting unauthorized recordings or testing is not permitted.
  • Viña Ijalba Winery reserves the right of admission in case of non-compliance with these rules, as well as the right to interrupt the visit in the event of behavior that affects the safety, tranquility, or enjoyment of the group.

 

Important information for your visit

  • Outdoor parking is available for visitors.
  • The visit may present certain limitations for individuals with reduced mobility.
